• Job application information, such as which roles you apply for and the details you submit with an application.
• Documents you upload, such as a CV or resume file.
• Messages you send through the contact form or through linked messaging platforms.
• Basic technical information such as browser type, device type and error logs used to keep the site working.

Why we use your information

Your information is used for the following purposes only:

• Giving you access to your account and dashboard.
• Creating, saving and exporting your CV.
• Matching your profile with suitable job opportunities.
• Communicating with you about applications and recruitment steps.
• Answering support and contact-form enquiries.
• Protecting accounts and preventing misuse of the service.
• Improving the reliability and usefulness of our service.

Sharing with employers and partners

We share your CV, profile or application details with employers or recruitment partners only when it is necessary for a service you asked for, such as applying for a specific role, and only to the extent needed for that purpose. Where your consent is required, we ask for it first. We do not sell your personal information.

Sensitive documents

Please upload sensitive documents only when they are genuinely needed for a specific application. Do not upload identity documents, financial records or medical information unless a particular employer or process clearly requires them and you are comfortable sharing them.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data, CV drafts and uploaded documents while your account is active so you can continue using the service. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by contacting us using the details below. We will action deletion requests unless we are required to keep certain records for legal reasons.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a small amount of data in your browser so the service can work:

• Your language preference (English or Myanmar) is stored in local storage.
• Your sign-in session is stored by our authentication provider so you stay logged in.

Security

We use access controls and per-user database rules so that your data and uploaded files are only accessible to you and to authorised staff. No website or online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and let us know immediately if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
