Acceptable use

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and honestly. You must not misuse the service, for example by:

• Submitting false, misleading or someone else's personal information.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts, data or documents.
• Uploading harmful files, or attempting to disrupt or overload the service.
• Using the site to send spam, harassment or unlawful content.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Use a strong password, do not share your login details, and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accuracy of your CV and applications

You are responsible for making sure the information in your CV, profile and job applications is accurate, current and truthful. Inaccurate information can lead to a rejected application and may result in your account being suspended.

Recruitment and job listing disclaimer

Career Growth Zone provides career guidance, CV tools and recruitment support. We do not guarantee employment, an interview, visa approval, salary payment, contract performance or any other outcome, unless this is expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed with you. Job listings are based on information provided by employers or partners and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Verify before you commit or pay

Before submitting documents, signing anything or paying any amount, you should independently verify:

• The employer, the role and the workplace conditions.
• Any fees, who charges them and what they cover.
• The employment contract terms, including salary, hours and duration.
• Visa, medical and document requirements for the destination country.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics and CV templates are owned by Career Growth Zone or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal job-search purposes, including downloading CVs you create. You may not copy, resell or republish site content for commercial purposes without our permission. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us permission to store and process it in order to provide the service.

Third-party links and messaging platforms

Our site links to external services such as Facebook, Telegram and Viber, and to employer or partner websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Service changes, suspension and liability

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Career Growth Zone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or losses arising from your dealings with an employer or third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
